Passed away peacefully after a long illness bravely borne on 03 October 2020 aged 56 years.

A much loved and cherished wife of Dave, adored mum and best-friend to Chelsie and mother-in-law to Will.

A special friend to Fiona, Sang, June and Martyn, Bec and John, Suman  and Alec.

Donna was a wonderful lady who will truly be missed by all her family and friends.

Due to the current guidelines, a private service by invitation only will be held at Markeaton Crematorium-Main Chapel on Monday 26th October 2020 at 12noon.

The funeral cortege will arrive at Markeaton Crematorium at approximately 11:50am. If you would like to say farewell and pay your respects please feel free to do so before the service.

Please wear a splash of colour as requested by Donna, no Black to be worn.

Family flowers  only please, however if desired donations maybe given at the service for Nightingale Macmillan Unit, Royal Derby Hospital.
